I have used both Bizee and Legal Zoom to form my business entities. In my experience, Bizee allows you to customize your services to a greater degree than Legal Zoom, Bizee makes a big deal about not trapping you into a yearly agreement. Be sure to look at our LLC service review.

Bizee is my new favorite. They try to steer away from annual fees and treat like an intelligent Founder instead of assuming you are an idiot. They offer state compliance if you choose the standard package. If you pay 1099’s or employees through Gusto, they will keep you compliant, so you won’t really need this. I don't recommend paying for compliance.

They offer the same services as the other vendors, but anything other than the Lite version is an annual fee. As a bonus, they often offer Amazon gift cards (I’m an Amazon girl, so that makes me happy!). And though the Lite version does not have a recurring cost, I recommend using your company to create an operating agreement for you, which is sadly unavailable on Lite.

Many years ago, I formed my first two corporations through Legal Zoom. One thing I do like is that, they have a service where you can pay to talk to a lawyer. If that is your need, that might be a great solution. They are competent and will get the job done, but the biggest drawback I have is that they are pushy when it comes to upsales and recurring charges.
